Pan Pacific Seattle

I would honestly say to me this is a solid 3 star hotel but definitely not a 4. The good: great location, a lot of restaurants around and even a wholefoods under the building also close enough to the highway. The bad: the cleaning its definitely not as expected washroom sink needed more attention also the toilet when I just got to the room still had a dark stain. The bed if you are a side sleeper it’s not very comfortable and pillows are way to soft (maybe time to change them). When I just got to the hotel they had by the door coffee and water that’s great however coffee was already cold! I get it it was already 3pm but if you can’t have hot coffee in the winter better not to offer it. The last and probably most annoying thing is that the door of other rooms make a lot of noise in the morning when people are leaving, maybe adding a softer close or something can help with this. Overall if you get it for a deal it’s not bad but I wouldn’t pay the full price of a 4 star hotel

Shame of the pan pacific franchise. Did not take away 15 dollars food credit before I asked. Yikes. 0 understanding of how the discovery membership work from the front desk and does not bother to remind customers that their rewards account cannot be used after checking out because they are in two different systems. When I asked for turned down and cleaning services took notes on a post it and gave me the impression that there would be one, but was told that there is no housekeeping after 4pm later when I come back at night. Room itself is also extremely sad. The wood cupboard is sealed and chipped. Itchy or perhaps the most uncomfortable sleeping robe ever, and no water lol. 0 light besides the standing lamp next to the bed. Garbage pillow and bed, when I sneeze my back hurts when I wake up. What a sad sad hotel of the pan pacific chain.

I had an interesting experience at this hotel. One morning, someone burst into my room around 6:00am without knocking — I assume hotel staff. Once they noticed me, at that very moment, exiting the shower, they quickly turned around and left. There are no locks or latches on the door, the kind that are difficult to open from the outside. Simply for the three years that scare took off my life, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Right next to whole foods. Seemed closeby to convention center, mall, pike place market and more. Breakfast wasn't included. On-site restaurant has breakfast options. Free coffee in the main lounge. Rooms were clean. Comfortable bed/pillows. Service was ok. Second day bottled water wasn't replenished. No big deal though. Front desk has bottle water and they seemed very friendly.
